Eligibility for a Refund
Refunds & Returns are easy with LensiQ. We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will need to provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, so that we can arrange a return and replacement.
7 Days Returns & Refund Policy
- Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind or no longer want the product after receiving it, you can choose to return it and get a 100% refund.
- Quality Assurance: All our products are quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you find a manufacturing defect, please share pictures with us and we’ll arrange a return and replacement.
- Incorrect Address Provided: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.
- Delays in Shipping: While we strive for timely delivery, shipping times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other conditions. Such delays do not qualify for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Us: Email us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Include your order number, details of the issue (damage, defect, or incorrect item), and attach clear photos if applicable.
- Assessment: Our customer service team will review your request and the provided evidence. We may require further information or clarification.
- Refund Approval: If approved, we’ll notify you and initiate the refund process.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return of Products
- In cases of damaged or incorrect items, we may request you to return the product. We’ll provide instructions on how to return the item.
- The cost of return shipping will be borne by us if the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
